By accessing or using MyLocationUSA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MyLocationUSA is a paid business directory service. Businesses pay a monthly subscription fee to be listed in the directory. Featured placements are available for additional fees.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Business listings require a monthly subscription of $5/month. Featured placements start at $20/month for the first page, plus $5/month for each additional page. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard.

4. Listing Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information. MyLocationUSA reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false, misleading, or illegal content without notice.

5. Reviews

Reviews are submitted by verified clients via email invitation. Business owners approve or disapprove reviews. MyLocationUSA does not verify the content of reviews but may remove reviews that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyLocationUSA is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings or the quality of services offered by listed businesses. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the directory.
